Zach specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets in Washington State and the greater Northwest. With a background in Apartment Management, Zach’s experiences position him to effectively exceed his clients’ expectations and needs for multifamily assets in Secondary and Tertiary Markets.

EXPERIENCE | PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Zach joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 and he is a member of the National Multi Housing Group. In 2016, Zach was a top ten agent in the Seattle office and earned his first National Sales Recognition Award (SRA) given to top performers in the firm. In 2018, Zach was a Top Five agent in the Seattle office and earned his second SRA. In 2019, he earned his third SRA. In 2020, Zach was a Top Five agent in the Seattle office and earned his fourth SRA and his first National Achievement Award (NAA) given to the top 10% of agents in the firm. In 2021, Zach earned his fifth SRA nd sixth in 2022. He has closed of $300 Million in total transaction volume.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Zach received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. Following his graduation, he taught English as a Second Language at Kasetsart University in Thailand. Zach enjoys the diversity of apartments and investors in markets across Washington and the greater Northwest. He tailors each investment approach to the goals and needs of the client. Zach is honest, compassionate, driven, and communicates effectively with every client.

Born in Tacoma Washington, Zach is a fourth-generation businessman in the Northwest. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and photography.
